Nursing Team
Our Nursing team is actively committed to promoting choice, control and quality of life for our participants through consistent, person-centered care. Team uses their 25 years of combined clinical experience, problem-solving skills and holistic approach to provide home nursing services for participants including people with complex care needs.
Our nurses will be respectful of your rights to dignity, cultural sensitivities, and privacy and confidentiality during their care delivery process.
Support Workers
Our team will ensure each participant’s needs are met and that all support team members help them achieve their goals.
Our team will help people remain happy and healthy in the comfort of their own homes. They thrive in providing the highest level of medical and personal care to some of our community’s most vulnerable.
