We mainly service participants 15+ years in age and our Occupational Therapist (OT) has experience working with participants diagnosed with the following disabilities: 

• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Intellectual Disability
• Psychosocial and Mental Health disabilities (e.g. Schizophrenia, BPD, Bipolar)
• Physical disabilities (e.g. Scoliosis, Amputations, Spina Bifida)
• Brain injuries (e.g. ABI, TBI & CP)
• Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological disabilities (e.g. Parkinson's, FND)
• Genetic disorders (e.g. Hearing & Vision impairment)
• Medical co-morbidities (e.g. Diabetic  Retinopathy, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain Syndrome)

Our Occupational Therapist (OT) has  successfully supported adult participants in the following categories:

•  Functional Capacity Assessments for the NDIS
• Prescription and provision of Assistive Technology 
• Home Modifications assessments and recommendations
• Capacity building and life skills development
• Housing assessments and reports
• Plan review assessments and progress reports
• Ongoing therapy for skill acquisition 
• NDIS reports for participants involved in the justice system
